mobile.de is Germany’s largest vehicle marketplace, listing cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and e-bikes. Its platform serves private customers and registered vehicle dealers, offering buying, selling, financing, and leasing solutions.

• Lead, coach, and grow a group of 3–5 Product Managers, and co-lead an organisation of approximately 30 people with Engineering, Design, and Business Development
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for dealer inventory and performance initiatives
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Business Development, Marketing, and Sales to develop solutions to dealer problems
• Build relationships with dealers and conduct discovery and testing with them to ensure product-market fit and measurable business outcomes
• Foster collaboration and alignment across teams to support smooth execution and communication

• 8+ Years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing Product Managers
• Strategic and hands-on approach, with the ability to set product vision and turn ideas into outcomes
• Ability to translate trends, customer needs, and business goals into product direction
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and experience using metrics to guide decisions and prioritisation
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment
• German at B2+ level for dealer-facing discovery and collaboration
