Perk is an intelligent platform for travel and spend management. It automates travel bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and other manual business processes. Its billing platform helps finance teams analyse and forecast travel spend, streamline accounting, and reclaim VAT.

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Spend ecosystem;
• Drive high-velocity execution with a world-class team, making bold, fast bets informed by customer feedback, data, market research, and intuition about how AI can reshape team operations;
• Combine customer insights with technical possibilities to craft intuitive user experiences;
• Help employees and finance teams manage expenses, cards, and invoice processing;
• Prototype rapidly using tools such as Claude and Cursor to accelerate product development and move products toward production;
• Stay informed about AI research, industry trends, and emerging applications, filtering signal from noise and applying insights to Perk products;
• Lead with a servant-leadership approach, helping the team stay focused, removing distractions, and fostering creativity and collaboration.

• Significant experience in a tech company and proven capability as a Product Manager;
• Working knowledge of accounting reconciliation and finance operations;
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking, with an understanding of the expense lifecycle and friction points in complex accounting workflows;
• Fluency in data and data-driven product decisions;
• Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritisation trade-offs;
• Ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers and designers toward a common goal;
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Passion for AI demonstrated through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, and staying current on research and tools;
• Fluency with modern prototyping tools such as Cursor, Bolt, and Claude Code, and familiarity with design and collaboration environments such as Figma and Git;
• Nice to have: Experience working on a Tax product, experience in development, design, or business roles.
