Laundryheap provides laundry pickup and delivery services, usually returning clean laundry within 24 hours across more than 18 cities in Europe, Asia, and North America. The company serves both consumers and enterprise clients through a growing B2B vertical.

• Define B2B service models for client needs outside Laundryheap’s existing core offering;
• Build products that support each B2B service model in practice;
• Build reusable partner API and order management capabilities for service-provider and platform partners;
• Support B2B operational reporting across customers, facilities, and logistics;
• Enable operations teams to act on performance issues before an SLA slips;
• Drive successful partner integrations, lower order error rates, and migration of enterprise accounts from manual workarounds to product workflows;
• Discover and validate what to build and measure its impact;
• Work with engineers, designers, AI, and commercial and operations leadership;
• Define the B2B product roadmap in an initially unbuilt area.

• 5+ Years as a Product Manager, analyst, or similar role on technology-powered products;
• Experience discovering and validating product opportunities and measuring their impact;
• Ability to extract insights independently using SQL, BigQuery, and Claude;
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, data-backed recommendations;
• Ability to collaborate independently with engineers, designers, AI, and commercial and operations leadership;
• Experience taking on new business areas without waiting for detailed instructions;
• Comfortable working without a fully defined roadmap;
• Nice to have: Experience working on a delivery app.

• Contract employment;
• Above-average pay for the Slovenian market, depending on experience;
• Equipment required for the job;
• Occasional in-person time in Ljubljana;
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5pm Ljubljana time;
• 6-Month trial period.
