Product manager for an AI shopping assistant

Joko is an AI shopping app that helps millions of users save time and money when shopping online or in-store. With Juno, our shopping assistant, they can find the right product at the best price in only a few seconds. Joko is a tech company founded in Paris. Their team of 120+ talents is international and spread across Paris, Barcelona, and New York, with some working remotely.

• You will define it. That means testing a lot, iterating fast, and inventing interaction patterns for a surface that has none yet.
• You will design for hallucinations, unexpected outputs, and edge cases: what the fallback is, what the model gets fed, what the user sees when it goes wrong.
• You will run user tests continuously, read real conversations, spot where the experience breaks, and turn that into the next iteration. You will own the rollout strategy and decide what ships to whom, when.
• You will define the vision and roadmap for the assistant experience, prioritise against company priorities and technical reality, and own delivery from problem framing to launch.
• You will define what quality means for Juno, build the metrics that track it, and use them to drive decisions.
• You will define what makes a specialised shopping assistant win.

• You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• You have shipped user-facing features powered by AI, on a product with a meaningful user base. You know what it takes to put a model in front of real users and keep the experience good.
• You have strong instincts on user experience and interface, and you have wrestled with the specific difficulty of designing an AI feature.
• You are comfortable defining metrics, instrumenting them, and evaluating outcomes with numbers.
• You are hands-on and genuinely curious about AI tools and how models behave.
• You want to build something that does not exist yet. Blank pages energise you.
• Based in France or Spain.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you love constantly learning and getting better.

• If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget.
