Own the coaching experience, including its behavior model and decision logic;
Define buildable product decisions that teams across organizations and time zones can act on independently;
Own interfaces across organizational boundaries, including contracts, schemas, responsibilities, and handling missing signals;
Apply and extend the approach to coaching quality, and own evidence that coaching is helpful, personalized, and supportive;
Decide what ships and what waits, including what the first release can and cannot get wrong.

Have taken a product from an undefined starting point to launch and been accountable for its outcome;
Be able to demonstrate an artefact created to define a product from an ambiguous starting point;
Define products through writing, sketching, and prototyping;
Identify where experiences fail and explain why as a principle;
Turn features, screens, models, and constraints into a coherent experience;
Understand AI product failures as context problems, including what information reaches a model, when, and in what form;
Have discontinued a functioning, tested feature that was not earning its place;
Use specs, one-pagers, and decision notes as thinking tools, creating artefacts that remain clear when relayed to other organizations;
Make decisions with incomplete information, name risks, and correct course as needed;
Anticipate the needs of stakeholders in other organizations, locations, and working languages;
Have built ambitiously within constraints such as platform owners, regulators, parent companies, or enterprise partners;
Have practiced discovery, delivery, evaluation, and decision-making in different company environments and know how to choose an appropriate method;
Provide day-to-day direction to other team members; the role has no direct reports.
