• Own the AI coaching experience, including its behavior model and decision logic;
• Define products and decisions so that multiple organizations across time zones can build from them independently;
• Own interfaces across organizational boundaries, including contracts, schemas, responsibilities, and handling missing signals;
• Apply and extend the approach to coaching quality, and own evidence that coaching is helpful, personalized, and supportive;
• Decide what ships and what waits, including what the first release can and cannot get wrong.

• Have taken a product from an undefined starting point to launch, with accountability for outcomes and real users;
• Have invented a product definition from an ambiguous starting point and be able to demonstrate the artefact created;
• Develop product definitions through writing, sketching, and prototyping;
• Identify experience failures and explain them as principles rather than preferences;
• Bring features, screens, models, and constraints together into a coherent experience;
• Treat AI product failures as context problems, defining what information reaches the model, when, and in what form;
• Know when to remove a working feature that is not earning its place;
• Use writing, specifications, one-pagers, and decision notes to think and communicate decisions;
• Make decisions amid uncertainty, identify risks, and adjust as needed;
• Anticipate the needs of people in other organizations and locations who may use a different working language;
• Have built ambitious products within constraints such as platform owners, regulators, parent companies, or enterprise partners;
• Have practised discovery, delivery, evaluation, and decision-making in different company environments and know which methods suit different situations.
