• Proven experience building and shipping products, features, or prototypes
• Hands-on AI coding experience
• Strong data analysis and experimentation skills
• Technical autonomy and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Experience working with web products and cross-functional teams
• Evidence of shipped AI-powered projects, such as a portfolio, GitHub repository, or live demo
