Product manager e-commerce

• Managing the product lifecycle: from identifying a problem, through discovery and development, to evaluating results
• Co-creating and delivering the product roadmap in collaboration with the IT and UX teams and business partners
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business value and impact on metrics (conversion, retention, NPS)
• Initiating and overseeing experiments and iterative releases (MVPs, A/B tests, prototyping)
• Regularly analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and making fact-based product decisions
• Collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization, including e-commerce, marketing, sales, logistics, and customer care
• Supporting the development of a product culture and the adoption of effective product management practices

• You have at least 3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital products
• You are focused on business goals—you understand that a good product delivers value to both the user and the company
• You have experience developing e-commerce products—you know customer purchase journeys, conversion, sales UX, promotions, and loyalty
• You can turn data and insights into product decisions that have a measurable impact on results
• You have experience managing stakeholders—you can build trust and engage in dialogue with business, IT, and UX
• You feel comfortable in an environment of change and building structures from scratch
