Product Manager, DealCloud
DealCloud, Intapp's industry-leading deal and relationship management platform, powers how the world's leading financial services and professional firms run their most important workflows. We're investing in the capabilities that let firms move faster and connect their work seamlessly — the engine that lets data, actions, and systems flow together without manual effort. Our commitment is to deliver value through collaboration, agility, and a relentless focus on customer outcomes.
The Product Manager for this area owns a set of capabilities at the heart of how DealCloud works for clients: the tools that let firms automate repetitive processes and the connective layer that moves information between DealCloud and the other systems firms rely on. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution for these capabilities, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams to turn customer needs into shipped product that drives measurable adoption.
Why this role
This role matters because these capabilities are where DealCloud's value compounds. When firms can automate their workflows and connect DealCloud cleanly to the rest of their technology, every other part of the platform becomes stickier and more valuable. You'll own a roadmap that touches nearly every DealCloud customer, work directly with the teams that build and sell the product, and have real ownership over a focused, high-impact area.
For the right person, this is a chance to own a meaningful slice of a market-leading platform, go deep on the technical and workflow problems that make or break a client's experience, and grow your product craft in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where sound judgment and customer focus directly drive success.
A successful candidate is curious, organized, excellent communication and energized by solving problems that sit between people, process, and systems. You're comfortable with ambiguity, you move work forward proactively, and you enjoy getting into the details — how a workflow actually runs, where data needs to go, and what trips users up along the way.
You balance strong analytical thinking with genuine customer empathy. You can talk to a firm about their process, translate what you hear into clear requirements, and work with engineers on how it gets built. Your communication is clear and precise, and you build trust with the teams and stakeholders you work with.
You care about measurable impact. You prioritize based on evidence, you're honest about trade-offs, and you keep the customer's outcome at the center of the decisions you make.
