Product manager

TimePay is a workforce management platform used by about 800 companies in Central Asia. We handle attendance with face recognition, payroll, KPI, tasks and reports, on mobile and web. We are hiring a Product Manager to make sure our new modules bring real revenue. You decide what we build, in what order, and what we stop building. Every decision is based on data and customer conversations, not opinions.

• Own the product roadmap and tie every new module to a revenue goal
• Decide what to build next based on what customers will pay for
• Run product discovery: interview customers, test ideas with prototypes or small pilots, and validate demand before development starts
• Work with pricing and packaging: what is included, what is paid, and how much
• Track revenue results of each module: paid adoption, upsell, retention, and impact on renewals
• Map the customer journey from sign-up to renewal, and find where companies get stuck or leave
• Define the key product metrics and keep them visible to the whole team
• Set success metrics for every feature before it is built, and check the results after release
• Understand what each user group needs: owners, HR, accountants, employees, parents
• Write clear specs for developers and work with them through delivery
• Say no to ideas the data does not support, and explain why
• Report monthly to leadership: what we shipped, what moved, what it earned

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B software or SaaS. Applications without relevant PM experience will not be considered
• Proven experience launching a product or feature that generated revenue. Be ready to show the numbers
• Hands-on experience with customer interviews and product discovery
• Comfortable with data: you can write basic SQL or use analytics tools yourself
• A real example where data changed your decision, including a feature you cut or changed
• Strong prioritization and clear writing
• Good communication with developers and non-technical clients
• Fluent Uzbek and Russian.
