Tbilvino is one of the largest wine-producing companies in Georgia. The company’s history dates back to 1962, when the largest wine enterprise in Georgia opened; in the 1990s it became a private company and soon established a significant position in the international market. Tbilvino is announcing a project-based/temporary vacancy for an ERP Implementation Project Manager.

• Assess the current status of the ERP project, remaining work, existing issues and the needs of key users, and formulate business requirements.
• Study and document the company’s business processes, assess whether business requirements align with ERP functionality, and coordinate their implementation in the system together with the implementing company.
• Prepare and manage the project plan, including defining the scope of work (Scope), stages, priorities, deadlines, required resources, responsibilities and expected outcomes.
• Continuously monitor the execution of the project plan, progress, deadlines and agreed outcomes.
• Ensure effective coordination between company management, departments, process owners, system users and the ERP implementing company.
• Identify the people responsible for each process and the users who will receive the outcomes, and ensure their involvement at the relevant project stages.
• Manage project-related risks, problems, issues, changes, additional requirements and deviations from the plan, and escalate significant matters in a timely manner.
• Coordinate testing of completed functionality, resolution of identified issues, user preparation and training, and the acceptance and handover process.
• Regularly report project status to management, including progress, deadlines, open issues, risks, deviations, decisions required and corrective actions.
• Coordinate final acceptance and handover of the agreed outcomes upon project completion, and ensure an organized transfer of the system to the ERP Administrator.

• Practical experience managing ERP projects or participating in implementation processes.
• Practical project management experience, including project planning, execution of work, monitoring deadlines and progress, risk and issue management, and status reporting.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and the business processes associated with them.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP system, and knowledge of the functionality required for project management.
• Ability to analyze, describe and document business processes and business requirements.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with different departments, management, process owners, system users and the ERP implementing company.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Work location: Collaboration is possible either fully on-site or in a hybrid work model.
• Workload: Either full-time or part-time work is possible; the specific format will be agreed during the selection process.
• Contract type: Temporary/project-based. The duration of the engagement will be determined according to the project plan and deadlines agreed between management and the selected candidate.
