IT project manager

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we carry out for our Partners, we are looking for a person for the position of IT Project Manager / IT Project Coordinator.

• Comprehensive management and coordination of IT projects
• Working with developers and subject-matter teams
• Managing the execution of project tasks
• Identifying and defining the actions necessary to achieve project objectives
• Reporting on project status
• Proactively identifying and escalating risks
• Maintaining project documentation
• Settling the project, including its documentation and budget
• Performing other tasks related to project management

• Experience managing an IT team
• At least 4 years of experience managing IT projects involving the development and modification of existing solutions
• Experience working with both internal and external IT providers
• Practical knowledge of one of the leading project management methodologies; PRINCE2 or Agile preferred
• Very good communication skills with the team and stakeholders
• Ability to manage IT projects independently
• Higher education in computer science, management, economics, or a related field
• Будет плюсом: Experience in IT projects in the financial sector; Knowledge of transaction processing workflows in a multichannel environment; Ability to practically use AI tools in project work, information analysis, and improving day-to-day work while observing information security principles

• Rate: PLN 100/hour net + VAT
