Meet render.ai, monday.com's new AI venture. At render.ai, we're redefining how humans use AI for work. render.ai enables anyone to bring ideas to life in minutes, using their words. We're a small, autonomous team - closer in spirit to an early-stage startup than to an established company. There's no fixed playbook: we're still figuring out what the product looks like, and every engineer helps shape that, not just build it.
You’ll be the person who turns new users into paying, growing customers, and you’ll shape everything that gets them there yourself: activation, the upgrade, product messaging, the website story and the experiments that prove what works.
- Own the product experience. You own the three moments that turn a new user into a growing customer: activation, getting them to a presentation they are proud of; monetization, the paywall, the upgrade moments, the free offer and what each plan includes; and expansion, the account that grows from there.
- Design for the persona who pays. Different buyers arrive for different reasons and need different things. You shape the experience around the ones who convert and stay, not around the average of everyone.
- Give every feature its own dedicated experience. Each capability deserves a moment where it is discovered, understood and used - not buried in a menu and never found.
- Own product messaging and the value proposition. What we say the product is, feature by feature, and why it is worth paying for - consistent from the website through to the paywall.
- Make the website tell our product story clearly. The homepage, pricing and signup are where someone works out what render.ai is and whether it is for them. You own how plainly the story and the offering come across, and keep sharpening it until the decision is easy.
- Build the growth loops. Every presentation is seen by people who could become users. Design the sharing and invite loops that turn each one into the next signup.
- Own product experiments, their results and what we learn from them. You decide what is worth testing, design the test, read the result honestly and turn it into a decision the team acts on. The learning carries forward, so we are not relitigating the same question twice.
