E-commerce Operations Manager

Accel Club is building a portfolio of successful global brands.

• Monitor and analyze brand performance, including sales, conversion rates, and reviews
• Audit product listings regularly and suggest improvements
• Track industry and marketplace updates to maintain brand compliance and competitiveness
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with supply chain, brand, support, and marketing teams
• Collaborate on pricing strategies, new product ideas, and growth initiatives
• Manage account health and proactively resolve operational issues
• Participate in onboarding new brands and support marketplace expansion
• Track competitors and provide insights into emerging trends and opportunities

• 2–4 Years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or brand support roles
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data
• Experience in project coordination or cross-functional work
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluent English
• Curiosity, ownership, and a desire to learn quickly and grow with the role
