Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

Accel Club runs an e-commerce business, with internal products used by its operations, finance, and growth teams to manage brands, inventory, PPC, and marketplace performance.

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features end to end, from database schema to interface
• Work with the product manager to turn loosely defined problems into scoped, shippable solutions
• Improve and extend existing internal services and build new ones from scratch
• Own services in production, including monitoring, performance, reliability, and incident fixes
• Contribute to architecture decisions and evolve the codebase, tooling, and CI/CD
• Review code and raise engineering standards through pragmatic practices and experience sharing
• Refactor technical debt that slows the team down

• Strong Python skills, including typing, testing, async, and production services
• Clean architecture instincts and ability to explain the trade-offs of a designed system
• Deep database knowledge, including modeling, indexing, query optimization, OLTP, and analytical databases
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience building GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines
• Solid GCP experience with GKE, Cloud Run, and BigQuery
• React / Next.js skills and ability to ship a full feature without a dedicated frontend developer
• Daily use of coding agents with project instructions, custom tools/MCP, verification loops, and CI gates
• Passion for the craft
• Upper Intermediate English
