RootstockLabs contributes to Rootstock, Bitcoin’s financial infrastructure for lending, yield, and onchain capital markets. It builds and commercializes institutional infrastructure that turns Bitcoin into productive capital, including Bitcoin-backed lending, tokenized real-world assets, and onchain financial strategies. Rootstock is secured by more than 80% of Bitcoin’s hash power, has operated with 100% uptime since 2018, and hosts more than 200 dApps.

• Define and execute the product portfolio roadmap across multiple payment verticals
• Validate product-market fit through customer discovery, pilots, and design partnerships
• Build, structure, and lead a dedicated product-engineering squad
• Represent the venture at conferences, partner meetings, and ecosystem conversations
• Align with R&D on underlying protocol capabilities and upcoming rollouts
• Deliver several foundational platform launches within 6–18 months
• Drive commercial traction through early partners, distribution channels, and revenue paths

• 3–7 Years of experience in payments, remittances, or fintech
• Crypto experience is required
• Hands-on experience building crypto payment products
• Strong understanding of Bitcoin/EVM ecosystems
• Experience across product strategy, customer discovery, and partnerships
• Experience incubating and scaling a product
• Ability to ship quickly, prioritize ruthlessly, and work comfortably with ambiguity
• Eagerness to own and lead a venture
• Comfort representing the venture externally and being active in the ecosystem
