Delivery manager for mobile applications

Tangem is a high-tech company in the blockchain sector was founded in 2017, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, with branches in North America, Eastern Europe, and APAC. Tangem started with the idea of bringing digital assets to the masses using a unique combination of a smartcard-based hardware wallet and mobile applications. We are looking for a Delivery Manager for our Mobile team — someone who can keep iOS and Android delivery predictable, transparent, and moving.

• Coordinate delivery across mobile product streams
• Manage release scope, priorities, blockers, dependencies, and risks
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA
• Keep Jira and delivery status clear and up to date
• Coordinate release preparation for iOS and Android
• Identify bottlenecks and improve delivery processes
• Make sure important decisions and action points don’t get lost

• Strong experience in Delivery Management, QA Management, or a similar role in software product development
• Hands-on experience delivering mobile applications for iOS and/or Android
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and mobile release lifecycle
• Ability to manage dependencies, blockers, risks, and changing priorities
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and delivery workflows
• Ability to work with Engineering, QA, and Product teams without acting as an unnecessary communication layer between them
• Strong ownership and ability to drive topics to completion
• You think about the whole delivery system, not just individual tasks
• You understand both engineering reality and product priorities
• You can quickly see why a release is slipping and what needs to change
• You are comfortable with multiple parallel streams and constantly changing priorities
• You know the difference between useful process and bureaucracy
• You can challenge unrealistic plans while keeping good relationships with the team
• You care about predictability, but not at the expense of speed
• You don’t wait for problems to become blockers — you surface them early
• You enjoy turning complex delivery environments into something understandable and manageable
• We are open to experienced QA Leads / QA Managers who have already moved beyond pure quality ownership and have significant hands-on experience with: coordinating releases, managing delivery across teams, planning and prioritization
