Data Product Manager

Click&Boat is a European boat rental platform that makes boating accessible worldwide and provides private and professional boat owners with additional income from boat rentals.

• Lead the Data team's backlog, challenge requests, identify the underlying business stakes, and make trade-offs to prioritize high-value work
• Drive product methodology by defining the problem, target users, rationale, and success measures, then evaluating post-delivery impact
• Manage NAO, the company-wide AI and Data assistant, and lead its rollout and continuous improvement
• Analyze chat replays and usage, test and refine prompts, gather business-unit feedback, and ship new features for NAO
• Empower Data Analysts with business context, problem definitions, prioritization, and success criteria

• Bring strong data knowledge and a product mindset
• Demonstrate technical curiosity and an interest in exploring AI
• Be willing to work hands-on with prompting, merge requests, and testing
• Combine business understanding, product vision, and technical agility
• Challenge stakeholders, make and stand by decisions, and confidently say no
• Be comfortable building a new role from scratch, working through trial and error and ambiguity
