задачи
- Define the group product strategy, portfolio priorities, roadmap, investment model, and product architecture
- Build a connected ecosystem for musicians with shared identity, personalization, content portability, cross-product discovery, and shared libraries
- Define a North Star measure for each product and for the group ecosystem
- Own the customer lifecycle, from first touch through activation, retention, increased value, and lasting habits; ensure monetization strengthens user relationships
- Define how AI can improve learning, practice, creation, search, and discovery, and build a focused portfolio of AI initiatives with real user value
- Build a global product organization and develop strong product leaders under each product
требования
- Product leadership experience at portfolio or ecosystem level, combining strategic range with closeness to users, data, and product quality
- Experience leading consumer products, platforms, or digital ecosystems at significant scale
- A demonstrated record of growing retention, engagement, and user value
- Systems thinking and the ability to assemble architecture across products, users, and data
- Experience growing strong product leaders and sharing decision-making
- Think in outcomes for users and the business, rather than roadmap length
- Protect long-term product value from short-term monetization pressures
- Build a team rather than carrying it alone
- Able to work without a fully prescribed process
- Not focused on measuring success by feature velocity or treating AI as a tool rollout
