• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Operations team by setting expectations, providing feedback, managing performance, and supporting professional growth
• Manage assigned PRs, requests, and tickets, and support complex cases and operational escalations across the P2P lifecycle
• Own and improve Business Operations processes and operational standards to ensure consistent, effective, and scalable execution
• Manage team priorities and workload, monitor key metrics, identify trends and gaps, and improve operational performance and quality
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, and other stakeholders to manage cross-functional topics and resolve operational challenges
• Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and inefficiencies, and drive improvements from identification through implementation
• Drive and contribute to the design, testing, implementation, and adoption of new workflows, systems, automation, and operational capabilities
• Ensure processes and execution align with internal policies, controls, and business requirements
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, controls, and scalability

• 5+ Years of experience in Business Operations, Procurement Operations, Finance Operations, P2P, or a related operational role, with a strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and purchase-to-pay processes
• Experience leading and developing team members through formal people management or a team leadership role
• Experience driving cross-functional processes and working with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, Accounting, and other business functions
• Experience identifying process gaps, resolving complex operational issues, and driving improvements through implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data and operational insights to support decision-making
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams
• Experience with ERP, procurement, finance, or workflow management systems
• Fluent English
• Experience working in a global and rapidly scaling organization
