Treasury & liquidity manager in crypto

• Manage global liquidity across multiple entities, currencies, banks, PSPs, and crypto rails
• Optimize movement of fiat and crypto funds between jurisdictions and providers
• Monitor and improve yield on operational liquidity
• Design treasury strategies for efficient capital allocation and cash positioning
• Build scalable treasury controls and approval flows
• Own relationships with banks, payment providers, EMI/PSP partners, and crypto platforms
• Negotiate banking conditions, limits, operational flows, and new integrations
• Expand and maintain resilient global banking infrastructure
• Solve operational bottlenecks with partners proactively
• Use AI aggressively to eliminate repetitive operational work
• Automate reconciliations, payment workflows, treasury reporting, and controls
• Improve treasury processes inside NetSuite and connected systems
• Introduce scalable tooling, dashboards, and operational monitoring
• Own treasury workflows in Oracle NetSuite
• Improve integrations between banks, PSPs, crypto infrastructure, and accounting systems
• Ensure accurate treasury accounting flows together with Finance
• Standardize and document treasury operations globally

• 6+ years in treasury, liquidity management, payments, or financial operations
• Strong hands-on treasury background in international environments
• Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency liquidity structures
• Deep understanding of banking operations, payment rails, and treasury controls
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to build systems, not just execute tasks
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite
• Strong understanding of automation and AI tools in operational finance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with banks and financial partners
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment
