As an FP&A Analyst – Marketing (Internship), you will join the FP&A team, composed of passionate and analytical professionals, whose mission is to support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and performance insights. In this role, you will specifically focus on Marketing performance and cost tracking.
In this role, your main missions will be:
- Improve the performance review process, including automation and data reliability in Betpac
- Contribute to the setup, development, and optimization of marketing tracking in Pigment Datalake
- Participate in monthly closing activities
- Monitor expenses related to marketing production and activations
- Support ad hoc financial analyses
- Help enhance budgeting tools (Excel and VBA-based)
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!
This internship is for you if:
- You are looking for an end-of-study internship
- You have strong listening, synthesis, and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- You have good command of Excel (including VBA and modeling)
- You are known for your curiosity and adaptability
- You speak French and English fluently (documentation and communication will be in English)
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝
If your application is shortlisted, Maxime will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and reasoning), along with an Excel test.
Next, you will meet Thomas Ducourau – Head of Marketing Financial Performance, your future manager.
Finally, you’ll have a final HR interview with Maxime, where you’ll also debrief the results of your AssessFirst test.
The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
