• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes in Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia
• Ensure the accuracy of payroll input data and required approvals, and submit data on time
• Verify and approve payroll results, including gross-to-net calculations, statutory deductions, and reporting
• Ensure payroll processes comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal audit requirements, including SOX controls
• Support payroll audits, payroll tax controls, and statutory reporting in cooperation with external providers
• Maintain high management standards and ensure effective payroll process controls in each country
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure accurate payroll calculations and compliance with applicable policies
• Identify and implement improvements that increase the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of payroll processes
• Support payroll system development, automation initiatives, and change management projects
• Participate in the standardization and harmonization of international payroll processes

• Higher education in HR, finance, management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in an international environment
• Good knowledge of payroll processes, vendor management, statutory compliance, and audit requirements
• Knowledge of SOX controls and payroll process management principles
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of payroll systems and tools
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills, including effective collaboration with people across regions
• Fluent English
