Head of Treasury

JustMarkets is an international fintech company that is actively scaling and building a global financial infrastructure.

• Build and optimize the treasury function, including cash flow forecasting, payment automation, and transparency
• Manage relationships with international banks, including account opening, fee optimization, and banking network management
• Assess and manage FX and interest rate risks, and implement practical hedging strategies
• Reduce costs and control payment limits, access rights, and transaction security
• Update internal treasury policies and mentor the team

• Experience in liquidity management and group-level cash flow forecasting
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency
• Solid understanding of banking products, account structures, terms of service, and KYB/KYC/AML processes
• Practical skills in FX management and risk hedging tools
• Hands-on experience in treasury process automation (ERP, BI, payment systems)
• Ability to set up limits, controls, access matrices, and internal policies
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, macros, formulas) and understanding of BI tools principles
