The company is a Cyprus-based real estate developer operating as part of a Family Office structure. It focuses on residential development projects and manages the full development cycle, from investment analysis and project concept to construction, sales, and delivery.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Produce monthly management reports and variance analyses
• Prepare IFRS reports and coordinate the annual audit
• Conduct financial and operational analyses to support management decisions
• Update financial models and business cases
• Interact with auditors, accountants, tax advisors, and banks
• Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting
• Support financing, transaction structuring, and tax-related matters

• Strong experience in management reporting, IFRS, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience at a Big 4 firm and/or a large international company
• Hands-on experience within a business or industry; audit or consulting experience alone is not sufficient
• Ability to independently manage reporting and core finance processes
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Fluent English
• High ownership, independence, and willingness to develop towards a CFO role
