Head of finance department

We are looking for a highly analytical and systems-oriented Head of Finance Department to lead the Company’s financial function and play a crucial role in its digital transformation by designing and implementing automated systems for financial management, reporting, and analysis.

• Design and implement an advanced, automated, and efficient financial analysis and reporting system.
• Effectively manage the operations of the units under their supervision, ensuring strong coordination and performance.
• Contribute to the Company’s overall management and provide recommendations aimed at improving financial performance.
• Ensure a smooth and seamless transition of the finance function from the existing system to the new ERP system during its implementation.
• Lead and coordinate the Company’s budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Continuously develop and enhance the financial management system, making it more automated, efficient, transparent, manageable, and advanced.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar financial management role.
• Proven experience in implementing the digitalization and automation of financial processes.
• Ability to translate financial data into business metrics and formulate analyses and recommendations based on them.
• Practical experience in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and systems-thinking skills
• Strong leadership skills
