Fund accountant in regulatory reporting

Marsbridge Capital is a new Yerevan-based investment fund manager preparing its CBA permit application. We're looking for an accountant to set up and run accounting for both the management company and the fund.

• Keep the management company's accounts and handle its tax filings under Armenian standards
• Keep the fund's accounts separately: positions, cash, FX, accruals and fees
• Calculate the fund's NAV and maintain the unit register (subscriptions and redemptions)
• Prepare the quarterly CBA reports under Regulation 10/03 and submit them through CBAnet
• Coordinate the annual financial statements and the external audit
• Reconcile positions and cash with brokers and custodians

• At least 3 years of accounting experience, including back-office or financial reporting at a bank, broker, fund or audit firm
• Hands-on experience with Armenian statutory accounting and tax
• Comfortable with Excel and with securities, FX and fee calculations
• Fluent Armenian and good English
• Будет плюсом: Experience preparing CBA reports is a strong advantage; ACCA, an Armenian accounting qualification or equivalent is preferred

• part-time, hybrid in Yerevan, starting December 2026 or January 2027
