Finance specialist in construction

UET Construction is an EPC construction company operating in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. We are looking for a motivated and analytical Treasury & Financial Planning Specialist to join our team in Tashkent.

• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and payment schedules.
• Analyze planned vs. actual cash flows and payments.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on financing, bank guarantees, and letters of credit.
• Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting, including P&L, Cash Flow, CAPEX, and OPEX.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and support working capital optimization.
• Coordinate financial planning and payment approvals with internal departments.
• Support the automation and digitalization of finance processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, or FP&A.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of cash flow management and budgeting.
