Finance manager in telecom

We are a fast-growing B2B connectivity group providing high-quality network services to MSPs, data centers and large business customers. We combine the scale and quality of a large provider with the flexibility and personal approach of a specialist. To support our financial growth, we are looking for a Finance Manager to further develop and professionalize our finance organization.

• You manage the monthly closing and prepare consolidated financial reports for the group.
• You present financial results and developments to the board and shareholder.
• You develop budgets, forecasts and liquidity projections and monitor financial performance.
• You analyze costs, revenue and margins by service, customer and location.
• You monitor working capital and keep control of the group's cash position.
• You lead the financial administration and coordinate the preparation of the annual accounts and the audit.
• You guide the financial integration of acquired companies into the administration and reporting structure.

• You have completed a higher professional or university degree in business economics, accountancy, finance or a comparable field of study.
• You have at least six years of work experience in accountancy or in a financial control position.
• You have experience with financial consolidation and good knowledge of Dutch GAAP.
• You know financial administration from practical experience and have carried out postings and monthly closings yourself.
• You are analytically skilled, understand the underlying figures and translate financial analyses into clear management advice.
• You take initiative, work independently and are willing to ask management critical questions.
• You work efficiently with Excel.
• You are interested in further building and professionalizing a finance department within a growing organization.
• You communicate clearly and convincingly in both Dutch and English.
• Будет плюсом: Experience at an organization with multiple legal entities is an advantage; Experience with a business intelligence tool is a plus; An affinity with telecom, data centers or digital infrastructure is a plus. Experience in a private equity environment is also a good fit
