• Own collections and accounts payable as the primary contact for customers and vendors;
• Own month-end close and consolidation across US and UK entities;
• Own payroll and sales commissions in collaboration with Sales and RevOps;
• Own finance-stack tools from selection through implementation and control spending;
• Build AI-driven automation into reconciliations, reporting, and close;
• Take on additional technical accounting, compliance, and treasury work as the company scales.

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification;
• A few years of in-house experience since qualification;
• End-to-end ownership of a month-end close;
• Multi-entity or cross-border experience across US and UK entities;
• Ability to independently own processes and deliver finished work;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors;
• Interest in building finance processes and playbooks;
• Ability to use AI to make accounting work faster and more accurate.
