Finance manager in manufacturing

• overseeing daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements
• monitor costs
• support pricing and investment decisions
• managing accounting activities
• ensuring compliance with local regulations
• coordinating with external auditors
• improving financial controls and procedures
• collaborate with leadership and operational teams to provide financial insights that support strategic planning and business growth.

• Strong financial management and accounting skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and cost control, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
• Experience with accounting software and solid MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
