Finance manager in healthtech

Qunomedical is a Berlin-based HealthTech company digitizing healthcare. With our platform, we support patients in finding and organizing medical treatments. With Qunosuite, we offer clinics and medical providers a digital solution to manage their patient processes efficiently and professionally. Our international team combines technology, healthcare, and a strong focus on our customers' needs.

• You take responsibility for day-to-day operational finance, accounting, and controlling matters.
• You support business planning and reporting on target setting.
• You define and monitor financial metrics and KPIs.
• You are responsible for developing and updating our financial model.
• You ensure compliance with all German and EU legal and regulatory requirements.
• You work closely with our CEO, the tax office, and other cross-functional team members.

• You have more than 3 years of experience in controlling, accounting, and finance at another start-up in an international environment.
• You have sound technical and legal knowledge of German tax law and accounting.
• You have experience with international finance processes, particularly transfer pricing.
• You have experience with financial modeling (you use Excel without a mouse).
• You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
• You speak fluent German and English.
