• Oversee consolidated budgeting, financial planning, cash flow, and expenditure across the Family Office
• Establish financial reporting and cost-control systems for property portfolios, construction projects, and operational facilities
• Monitor CAPEX, operating expenses, and budget performance
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to support investment and capital allocation decisions
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance across multiple entities
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisers, and other external financial partners

• At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, including senior financial management responsibilities
• Fluent in Russian and English
• Experience in a Family Office, real estate, investment, or a complex international business environment
• Strong expertise in financial planning, modelling, reporting, and cash flow management
• Proven ability to manage a finance team and implement financial processes
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• High integrity, discretion, and ability to work directly with senior stakeholders in a confidential environment
• Будет плюсом: ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications, Big Four or investment banking experience
