Constructor is an international ecosystem spanning education, research, and technology. Its education entities include Constructor University, a research university in Bremen, Germany, and partner institutions offering degree programs, online education, and professional training across several continents.

• Maintain a pipeline of universities, colleges, K-12 groups, and campus locations across priority countries
• Evaluate market entry models, including acquisitions, partnerships, branch campuses, and repurposing existing facilities, and recommend the best fit
• Produce country briefs covering regulations, student visa regimes, market structures, and key operators
• Build relationships with education leaders, operators, regulators, brokers, and partners to identify opportunities and market changes
• Lead diligence on shortlisted institutions, covering academic and operating models, management and ownership, accreditation, and regulatory position
• Build financial cases, including normalized P&Ls, unit economics per student, enrollment and capacity scenarios, and valuations against comparable transactions
• Develop and defend independent recommendations on each target to group leadership
• Support senior management during transactions, including advisor coordination and post-acquisition planning
• Study leading and fast-growing education groups and institutions, turning their business models and practices into benchmarks
• Apply benchmarks with institutional leadership to review operating models, growth and location strategies, and new programs and formats
• Prepare materials for group leadership and board discussions, and take on special projects as the education strategy develops
• Keep records of reviewed institutions and supporting documentation complete and current

• 2–5 Years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate development or strategy at an education or other multi-site group
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure unfamiliar markets or institutions and develop decision-ready views
• Comfortable working with financial analysis
• Sound commercial judgment in assessing institutions and acquisition or campus opportunities
• Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to conduct research and keep stakeholders informed
• Able to build relationships with academics, operators, and regulators across countries and cultures
• Able to present and defend recommendations to senior management
• Fluent English
