Credit control specialist

Premier Foods is looking for a Senior Credit Control Specialist, who will be responsible for monitoring the company’s credit obligations, analyzing customer payments, and ensuring the efficient organization of the collection process — maintaining data accuracy and financial discipline within the team.

• Manage the company’s accounts receivable control process, ensuring timely collection of debts.
• Prepare and regularly update reports on accounts receivable.
• Analyze customer payment delays, identify their causes, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with clients to reconcile payments and organize settlements.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to effectively resolve problematic debts.
• Supervise the team’s work, ensuring adherence to procedures and data accuracy.
• Verify the accuracy of information entered by department employees and ensure that tasks are completed according to established standards.
• Monitor the accuracy of receivable and payable data in the 1C system, comparing it with data from the HTS system.
• Provide professional advice and support to team members in resolving complex or challenging cases.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Provide analytical support to management for assessing the receivables portfolio and analyzing risks

• Higher education.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to manage and control multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of 1C 8.3 ERP software.
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
