• Collecting and interpreting data from CIS countries to prepare corporate reports for the head office.
• Analyzing key business metrics (P&L, sales), with a focus on identifying the drivers behind performance trends and developing strategic recommendations for headquarters.
• Monitoring local regulatory and operational risks, and assessing their impact on project timelines and business processes.
• Preparing materials for strategic council meetings and presentations for top management (C-level), acting as an "architect of meaning" behind the numbers.

• Higher education degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, controlling, or business intelligence.
• Understanding of P&L structures and sales drivers.
• Fluent in Korean (spoken and written).
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
