Our Culture
A shared love for music and a commitment to exceptional products and customer experience drive us. With strong team spirit across our global offices, our core values define how we work:
Made By Music - Inspired by shared passion and independence.
Pride in our product and service - Obsess over detail, always learning and improving.
Embrace the culture - Integrity, Innovation, Energy, Openness, Teamwork, Diversity, Flexibility, Fun, Music.
Make an impact - See it through. Go the extra mile.
Cambridge Audio sells across the UK, Europe, the US and Asia, through retailers, distributors, Amazon and our own website. Every product we launch depends on getting the plan right: what we buy, when we ship it, and the cash it ties up. This role sits at the centre of all of it.
You’ll own the commercial planning cycle end to end, from the sales forecast through to the purchase plan, the shipping plan and the cash it generates. You’ll challenge the assumptions, explain the variances, and give Sales, Operations and the Board the numbers they need to make better decisions.
It’s also a real chance to shape how we work. You’ll take an existing planning model and make it better, move our reporting into Power BI dashboards that refresh on their own, and use automation and AI progressively and sensibly to take the manual work out of the cycle. It suits someone who loves getting the detail right and is just as comfortable telling a senior colleague that a forecast doesn’t look credible. Above all, it suits someone who is never satisfied with how things are done today: someone who teaches themselves what they need, asks why, and then changes it. The role will evolve, and you’ll be the one driving it.
