The role supports the financial operations of two five-star ultra-luxury properties in Sicily within the luxury hospitality sector.

• Work closely with the Financial Controller and gain commercial exposure
• Develop expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Gain experience across financial control, month-end closing, and balance sheet analysis
• Maintain financial accuracy and support business performance
• Build the skills and experience needed to progress towards a Financial Controller position

• 2–3 Years of experience in finance or accounting
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Ambition, drive, and a genuine desire to progress your career
