• Participate in developing internal audit frameworks and guidelines for Asset Groups/Verticals
• Review internal audit policies and frameworks prepared by Asset Groups/Verticals for their OpCos
• Guide Audit Committees to ensure compliance with legislation, internal procedures, and international professional standards
• Review annual audit plans, budgets, and reports of Internal Audit Departments within the oversight scope
• Review internal audit reports and communications to respective Boards
• Provide methodological guidance and promote consistent application of internal audit standards and practices
• Support capability-building initiatives across Internal Audit Departments
• Evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of internal audit activities with established frameworks and standards
• Participate in preparing internal audit plans for Asset Groups/Verticals
• Conduct planned audits, special audits, whistleblowing investigations, and KPI verification engagements
• Ensure audit engagements are risk-based and aligned with approved audit plans
• Present audit results and significant issues to respective Stakeholders
• Participate in quality control reviews of Asset Groups' internal audits of their OpCos to ensure compliance with established frameworks and international standards
• Monitor remediation of quality review findings

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong audit engagement leadership skills and ability to conduct complex audits effectively
• Strong Stakeholder communication skills, accountability, and integrity
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in audit-related positions, preferably in industries within Group Audit coverage
