This position reports to:

Accounts Receivable Team Leader

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables and/or credit activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing accounts receivable data. You will also showcase your knowledge by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.

The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid

• Processing Accounts Receivable transactions such as customer invoices and/or advances, account reconciliation and reporting
• Supporting internal trade payments and cash application activities, handling of retentions and/or deductions
• Executing analysis and reports as assigned in accurate and timely manner
• Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to support customer satisfaction
• Supporting internal business units via phone, email and workflows
• Supporting development and implementation of improvements projects

• You are immersed in financial processes and methodologies and the global finance and shared services market
• You have over 2 years of experience in Finance, with a solid understanding of Accounts Receivable
• Demonstrate a basic to advanced understanding of financial accounting, reporting, planning, controlling, assurance, internal control, as well as treasury and investment functions
• Highly adept in accounting tools and ERP systems, with SAP experience being a strong plus
• You are comfortable communicating in business English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• You are committed to customer service orientation and attention to detail
