Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Livingston, Scotland or Sunbury, Surrey (we operate a hybrid working arrangement allowing for a mix of home and office working requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office per week)

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000, dependent on experience, plus company benefits

Are you looking to kick-start or grow your finance career with a Global Technology Leader? If so, Kinly's Finance team are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant who can gain exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency accounting in a dynamic international business.

You'll play a key role in maintaining strong supplier relationships, ensuring accurate financial processing, and supporting continuous improvement across our finance operations and will be a key member of the Finance team, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time across multiple Kinly entities.

• Process and match supplier invoices accurately against purchase orders.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by working closely with Purchasing and other internal teams.
• Obtain approvals and ensure invoices are coded and posted correctly.
• Reconcile supplier statements and respond to supplier queries.
• Support payment runs and ensure compliance with prompt payment requirements.
• Process employee expenses and assist with company credit card reconciliations.
• Produce and support Accounts Payable KPI reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the Accounts Payable Manager with day-to-day activities.

• Previous Accounts Payable or finance administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and finance systems.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments and Microsoft Dynamics GP would be an advantage.
