A Powerful Partnership
St1 Biokraft is a joint venture between St1 and HitecVision, combining expertise and resources to drive innovation in the biomethane sector. Our goal is to become the leading integrated biomethane provider in the Nordics and play a vital role in the energy transition. We cover the entire value chain, from feedstock sourcing to distribution and end-user sales, with a strong emphasis on heavy transport, maritime, and industrial sectors.
To support this ambitious growth, we are investing over EUR 1 billion in biomethane production and distribution infrastructure across the Nordics, with several large-scale projects already in progress.
Accounts Payable Administrator, St1 Biokraft, Stockholm
Build your finance career in a growing Nordic biogas company
Are you early in your finance career, with some hands-on experience in accounting or financial administration? Do you enjoy working with numbers, bringing structure to everyday tasks, and ensuring everything is done accurately?
At St1 Biokraft, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team in Stockholm. This is an opportunity to build your experience in a growing international organization, join a supportive team, learn from experienced colleagues, and gradually take on more responsibility.
Your role – a solid foundation with room to grow
You will join our Nordic finance organization, supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our Swedish companies. Your primary focus will be accounts payable, handling supplier invoices accurately and efficiently through registration, coding, posting, payment preparation and follow-up. You will also support reconciliations, month-end close, and other accounting tasks.
But this isn't a role where every day looks exactly the same.
As you become more familiar with our business and processes, you'll have opportunities to contribute to other areas of financial administration, including accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and process improvements.
We are growing, refining our ways of working and introducing new digital tools. You will join us at a stage when some processes are well established, while others are still being improved. We value people who enjoy bringing structure, learning new systems, and making everyday work a little better.
You will work closely with experienced finance colleagues in Sweden and across our Nordic organization, with support and guidance as you settle into the role.
Who are we looking for?
We would particularly welcome candidates who have worked in a growing company or gained broad, hands-on experience in the finance function of a small or medium-sized business. Perhaps you have been involved in several parts of the accounting process, supported colleagues across finance functions, or experienced what it means to work in an organization where processes and ways of working are still evolving.
Experience in an industrial, energy or project-based environment would be an additional advantage, particularly if you have gained some understanding of different types of costs, such as operational expenses and capital investments.
What matters most is that you have a solid foundation, enjoy the practical side of finance, and are motivated to keep learning and developing with us.
