• Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) in compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Oversee the accurate calculation, filing, and payment of all corporate taxes (VAT, income tax, payroll taxes).
• Act as the primary point of contact for external tax auditors.
• Manage, mentor, and review the work of the accounting team (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accountants).
• Design and enforce internal accounting policies to prevent errors and fraud.
• Coordinate annual external audits, providing all necessary documentation.
• Monitor daily cash positions, approve high-value payments, and assist in cash flow forecasting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role
• Proficiency in Armenian tax software
• Knowledge of the RA Tax Code and Labor Code, social security contributions.
• Standards ( IFRS ) and Armenian local accounting regulations.
• Advanced understanding of local and international tax laws, including VAT, corporate income tax, and transfer pricing.
• Будет плюсом: Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; Experience in a multinational or large corporate finance environment preferred; Strong preference for candidates with 2+ years of experience specifically in the HoReCa, food production, or agricultural industries
