• Defining architectural patterns in the areas of Observability, CI/CD, GitOps, and Kubernetes.
• Helping and consulting with development teams on challenging technological, performance, and integration issues.
• Participating in the design of highly available and scalable solutions from both technical and business perspectives.
• Promoting good practices in writing code (Python/Go), testing (TDD), Code Review, and process optimization using AI tools.

• At least 8 years of commercial experience building high-performance distributed systems and knowledge of architectural challenges.
• Very good knowledge of Python or Go and high standards of clean code.
• Understanding of Kubernetes from an application perspective and the ability to debug complex problems on K8s.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD, GitOps, and Observability standards (Prometheus/Thanos).
• Ability to share knowledge, lead technical discussions, and support other engineers.
• A university degree in computer science or a related field and communicative English.
• Readiness to work in a hybrid model (at least 3 days a week from the office in Warsaw).
