Identify, analyze, and automate repetitive tasks (toil)
Implement infrastructure automation tools
Create playbooks and processes for automatic infrastructure provisioning
Create playbooks and processes for automating operations and resolving incidents
Evolve the existing observability stack (metrics, logs, traces, APM)
Define and implement SLOs and error budgets
Develop scripts and tools that improve systems administration
Administer systems with a focus on continuous improvement
Propose, document, and implement technical and process improvements
Implement and maintain a CMDB
Participate in work outside working hours and planned maintenance when necessary

Higher education in a field relevant to the role.
At least 3 years of proven experience in the following areas:
Programming in Python and developing shell scripts.
Using Ansible, Terraform, and GitLab.
Using observability tools and application performance monitoring (APM) tools.
Systems administration and operations (SysOps), with a focus on automating recurring tasks.
Applying SRE practices, including automating incident resolution.
