Network Automation Engineer in network automation

• Write and maintain software for network management and monitoring, including deploying and auditing network device configurations, automating validation and testing, and monitoring network health and performance with visualization and alerting
• Integrate network automation solutions into deployment pipelines in collaboration with Engineering teams
• Drive automation throughout software development, release, and operations
• Research network automation trends and projects and apply relevant findings to improve team efficiency and innovation
• Support Linux-based environments and containerized applications and services, including NMS, telemetry, flowspec and routing controllers, syslog, tacacs, and netflow services

• Background in networking, including TCP/IP and IP routing protocols
• Experience administering Unix-based systems
• Experience with network vendor devices such as Arista, Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia, and their automation interfaces
• Experience developing systems with Python
• Proficiency in Python scripting, automation, and working with data
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF
• Hands-on experience with Docker
• Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana
• Familiarity with Ansible, Git, and CI/CD tools
• Experience with PostgreSQL or ClickHouse
• Experience with APIs, JSON, and YAML
• Good teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English
