• Perform advanced troubleshooting of incidents affecting Linux-based Home Gateway Devices (HGWs), including fixed access networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, and IP services
• Analyze Linux environments at a low level, including shell operations, process management, memory usage, network diagnostics, and configuration, to identify root causes
• Investigate Wi-Fi issues such as coverage, interference, channel utilization, band steering, and performance degradation using metrics, packet captures, and diagnostic tools
• Reproduce customer-reported issues in laboratory environments and characterize them using logs, network captures, and performance metrics
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline testing, evidence collection, log analysis, and operational activities
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering processes, analyses, workarounds, and recommendations to support knowledge sharing and traceability across teams

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems, including debugging, system configuration, troubleshooting, and scripting
• Understand TCP/IP networking concepts and related services such as DNS, DHCP, routing, and network troubleshooting
• Have experience with network diagnostic and analysis tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, or similar
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to perform root cause analysis in complex technical environments
• Have excellent communication and documentation skills
