IT security engineer

As a Technology Consultant, you work where our projects are. Together with our customers, you deliver solutions on site and gain practical experience across different projects. For example, you start in Hamburg, and your next project may take you to Kiel or the surrounding region.

• You support the setup, operation and continuous development of information security management systems (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001.
• You develop and optimize security policies, processes and standards and ensure their practical implementation.
• You conduct risk analyses, security assessments and gap analyses and derive concrete measures from them.
• You support audits, certifications and compliance requirements.
• You work closely with IT, business department and management stakeholders and act as the interface between security and business.
• You actively contribute to the further development of security and awareness concepts.

• Have completed a degree in natural sciences or engineering, with or without professional experience.
• Communicate fluently in German, that is, at C1 level. What matters to us is genuine communication skills in practice.
• Want to confidently meet the real challenges of the future and are motivated to shape new technologies.

• Depending on your professional experience, a starting salary between 50,000 and 90,000 euros.
