требования
- 1–2 Years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or a similar position
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and computer hardware
- Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and basic routing
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, switches, Wi-Fi, and basic VLAN concepts
- Practical experience with network cabling and equipment installation
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues independently
- Basic knowledge of servers, file storage, and backups
- Basic English for technical documentation and work-related correspondence
- Strong communication skills, responsibility, and willingness to learn
