Group Risk & Regulatory Management is a newly established unit in the COO function responsible for leading the work to strengthen SEB’s ability to manage non-financial risks in an increasingly changing business environment.
The Design unit has two objectives – i) creating and maintaining the capability for non-financial risk management in the first line of defence and ii) designing the processes, risks and controls with scale, simplicity and speed in mind for the following NFRs: privacy, data management, third party risks, business continuity management including civil defence.
This is a player-coach leadership role who will report to the Head of Group Risk & Regulatory Management and be part of the management team.
